For my very first post of 2018 I decided to go with Mail Time. The feeling of getting a package in the mail always makes me so happy and 2018 is like a shiny new package we are all just waiting to open. Let me show you what I got recently.
I got the notice from our Post Office on December 22 but I couldn't go get my package yet because of the holidays (PO was closed) and my cramped schedule (adulting...#eyeroll). But I did get the package yesterday and was so happy just looking at the package. I am such a sucker for the color purple (or any shade of it). I won this as a giveaway in Twitter from @SuzeLavender. You can check her out there or on their blog www.withloveforbooks.com. Thanks again for picking me to win this!
My last Mail Time post was a book from Canada, this giveaway is from a company named Fable & Black and they are located in Nottingham England. That sounds so far away and different for me.
First of all you can visit their website at fableandblack.co.uk. Established in 2013, Fable and Black is a one woman brand run by Stacey. They provide an assortment of stationary, jewelry, accessories, home wares and more, all inspired by my love for books, fairy tales and all things literature. They got pretty neat stuff. So if you just want bookish items head on over to their website. You can also follow them in Instagram here.
On the outside packaging it says I got printed papers, book marks, stickers, greeting cards, and a pocket mirror. Can I say how much I also love hoarding paper products? Haha
What did I get?
Contents:
Bookmarks
(3 regular sized ones and 2 small ones)
Greeting Cards
(Christmas themed. I got the package too late for sending them away for Christmas)
Stickers
(also Christmas themed and will be used in December)
Notebook
(more writing space for my novel)
Pocket Mirror
(it says Avada Kedavra on th flip side. HiHi)
All in all, not bad for a giveaway for bookish items. I'd love to get more of the products they sell on the website especially the enamel pins (I want to start a collection...sshhh)
Oh this looks so cool! I wish bookish boxes weren't quite so expensive. I can never justify the money. :')
ReplyDeleteTotally understand the enamel pin thing. ;) I bought a Hufflepuff pin for my uni bag. If shipping didn't triple the price of badges when bought on the net, I'd have a lot more on there. :')
I know right. I've actually been looking around for my own Gryfindor pin for my bag. Shipping sucks if the stores are international. I want to buy in Etsy but it's always in dollars.
ReplyDeleteOoooooo, they're so pretty! I love bookmarks, but I'm always scared to use them when I get really pretty ones. I don't want to mess them up! Thanks for sharing pics of your new bookish goodies! :)

I love these paper/cardboard bookmarks especially since I can leave them inside the book after I finish reading. The really fancy ones I wouldn't know how to use properly. LOL! Thanks for the comment! 😘
