Big Bad Wolf books is laying claim to the fact that they are the largest book sale in the world. I'm not sure if I was just hiding under a rock all this time but this would be the first time I encountered Big Bad Wolf Books (uhm...sorry?). I admit I haven't been to a lot of book fairs. The last one I went to was the Manila International Book Fair (MIBF) which is usual held every year but I could never go to. Haha.
So what is this Big Bad Wolf Books book sale?
Big Bad Wolf Books (The Big Bad Wolf Book Sale or BBW Books) is a Malaysian book fair (frequently held in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and Sri Lanka), created by BookXcess founders Andrew Yap and Jacqueline Ng.
That's why I didn't know about this book fair until now. Haha. I'm always envying my friends in the US, UK, Canada, and Australia when they mention BookCons or other Book Fairs and there is one practically in my backyard.
OMG! Filipino book nerds we need to ready our wallets, comfy clothes, and comfortable shoes because we get 10 days of book discounts! From February 16 to 25 starting at 9am, Big Bad Wold Book Sale will be open for 24 hours at the World Trade Center in Pasay City, Philippines.
If the MIBF shows me any inclination as to what I can expect is that I have to go at least on the 1st day and on possible dead hours (you know during siesta time or when it's too hot out?). Or, I have to win the the Big Bad Wolf Books contest to win a golden ticket for exclusive PREVIEW DAY PASSES!

Well, I also would be hosting a chic party at the local event space NYC for my son’s upcoming birthday, there will be a Wildlife themed party at the local event space NYC. Finding ideas for this event was hard but with internet help, I am all sorted now.
